Fidelis Care’s objective was to drive enrollment by building brand awareness and engaging with their target audience in their communities. For over 15 years, SBS and Fidelis Care have led their partnership with results-driven promotional solutions designed to engage and inform Hispanic consumers about affordable healthcare options. Most recently, SBS NY’s WSKQ and WPAT developed a turn-key multi-platform campaign that supported a wide range of Fidelis Care community events in the New York Tri-State area and beyond.
SBS aired a series of informative CTA spots driving listeners to Fidelis community events where they were invited to discover affordable health care options, enroll and engage with SBS personalities. Digitally, SBS integrated Fidelis messaging into LaMusica’s app through audio streaming, banners and geo-targeting. They engaged their target audience through weekly social posts with event details and links to Fidelis website for more details. On-site, Fidelis personnel and SBS street team joined forces to establish interpersonal relationships with Hispanic consumers and informed them about various health insurance options. Branded Fidelis and SBS promotional giveaways were distributed at all events. Select events were broadcasted live on SBS NY radio stations.
The results were remarkable. The partnership with SBS NY’s leading Hispanic radio stations in the nation have resulted in overwhelming attendance numbers at Fidelis Care events and a tremendous increase in new enrollment numbers and inquiry calls from NY Hispanics throughout the 15+ year partnership.
